I purchased this product and received two separate shipments. I asked for ONE shipment TOTAL. After they forced me into autoship, I removed Paypal as an automatic payment option and ever since, they have been spamming me with physical mail and emails threatening to send me to collections, saying I still owe them money. They sent me products, I was charged for those products *before* they were sent. And yet, now they are trying to charge me over twice what I paid initially. When you order a product, you pay for that product FIRST, and then they send it to you. That's what they did here; I paid, I was charged and then they sent me the product after that. There is nothing else to do here and I owe them NOTHING. They are threatening to send me to collections when I never committed to ongoing purchases and never gave them my SSN or agreed to receive product without payment up front so I am completely baffled as to why they think they can send me to collections over this. I am also extremely unhappy with the service I have received and have tried emailing and chatting with no resolution to this. Their chat rep was rude and disconnected the chat early when I wouldn't accept their alternate terms. Avoid this company at all costs, their product is worthless and even if it was great, it is not worth dealing with their predatory, customer-abusive tactics.

Beware. YOU WILL BE ENROLLED IN AUTOSHIP, UNKNOWINGLY. Received an "autoship" 33 days after initial purchase. Gel & 3 electric toothbrush heads for $126.17...realistically $20 of merchandise.

Smile actives is a scam! Their "membership" means that they can send you any product they choose and charge you whatever they want.

i do not know how they got a hold of my credit card and stated shipping kits to me- this company is a scam - I then created an account thinking I could cancel any future orders but the website does not give you this option - they want you to call them -

They charge you $100 for the subscription you never opted for and there is no way to cancel it. They say to return the item for the refund but it costs more to ship it and you get nothing. In addition there is no difference after using the product. It’s a financial scam company. Stay away from it

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! This is 100% a scam. You buy 1 product and the enroll you into a $100 3 month plan of products without your consent. There is no way to cancel or adjust anything on your own. Then they tell you they will refund you in full when you return the product which actually costs money to return. Now they are telling me I don't get the full refund, because they need to take $10 for their own shipping costs. This means that I gave this company $30 and never got anything in return since I only get $20 back and it cost me $17 to ship it. They have wasted my time even more! They are NOT to be trusted. I pray they have cancelled my subscription but there is no way to do it myself and that is just BAD BUSINESS. They need to be SHUTDOWN and arrested because this is criminal.

Placed an order for a toothbrush and whitener and paid with credit card. one moth later Smileactives sent an email that they were sending another shipment. I emailed, called, and cancelled. It took a lot to cancel this. They sent order anyway. Got money back from credit card. I continue to be billed twice the amount of the original order. Original order was $53.00 and the second sending (not ordered) was $107.00. Very Bad Business Practice and not at all transparent.
