Useless product. Hoping my cancellation of future orders is a success!

Horrible company! Please beware! Do not order from them; they are scammers. Product doesn’t work and they are almost impossible to get a hold of but will keep sending you defective products and charge your credit card even when you’ve succeeded in canceling after long waits on the 800 number.

I purchase a 2 for the price of 1 offering I saw on television. I received 2, 1oz bottles. One oz bottles were not what was pictured. Before I could use 1 of these small bottles I received another full-size bottle. I now realize I was on a subscription and owe $60. I prefer to return the bottle as IT DID NOT WORK! I have used it 2x daily for weeks and see no improvement. I don't leave reviews, but I also hate feeling like I was taken advantage of. My advice...DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT

I see no improvement while using this product and as other reviewers have stated they don't tell you that you're signing up for a subscription. Canceling the subscription is insanely complex. Obviously this is a company that can't seel their products on the open market and need to defraud customers. Horrible. Never do business with them!! Save yourself the aggravation

Very dishonest. Did not notice any improvement in whiteness. I called after 3 weeks and they wanted me to pay for 2 more and a pen at a higher cost in order to work. They did not refund my money and had to call and speak to two people to get them to stop. They did not do what they advertised. Horrible experience. Buyer beware! They did cancel after elevating but the rep said it is in the ad and it isn't

never do business with this company scam they pull money out of your account and keep sending product even when you tell them not to. removed the card and they still got hold of the new card and charged account.

Ordered product, got a confirmation email, it never actually got ordered. Contacted customer service and they said "well that happens sometimes"

Product is not what marketing claims the product did not work any better than other products the kicker is when you try to cancel it's next to impossible received initial promo with 2 small bottles then less than a month received a larger bottle and credit card was charged $30. then another 30 then another 30 making it $90 in total for one bottle. the 60 day guarantee is from the day it's purchased leaving no time for trial to see if it does in fact work They won't refund the charges even tried twice via "instant Message" and was assured order would be cancelled.
