I cancelled this product once by email and once by phone. They continued to send the product and when I called they said even though I had cancelled I had still been signed up for another month. They are complete scam artists. Do not do business with this company.

SmileActives hides the fact that you are signing on for a n expensive subscription service. Then, after you get charged for additional shipments, they make it very hard on their website to cancel. It is buried, then you have to go through a long chatbot process to effect a cancellation. It is a dishonest business scheme.

The product caused my gums to burn. I do not have the receipt to return the product, plus the credit card I used has been closed. I'll just toss the product in the trash. Account has been canceled by customer service via chat.

They falsely claim on TV commercials that their product will whiten crowns and veneers. Their website says it DOES NOT whiten crowns and veneers. How are they allow to scam the viewers? How have they not been sued?

This company is not on the up and up! They lure you in with a so-called discount, but you’ll learn quickly the product doesn’t work like they advertise. You’ll get the same results using baking soda. There are times they’ve taken my money, but I don’t get the product. I finally got fed up today and canceled this crap and I’m returning the order that’s supposedly on its way to me. Don’t fall for this!

The product actually works, but as soon as you sign up to receive the 2 for 1 you find that the actual price is NOT $29.00 but $88!!!! Unreal.

i signed up for the $24.95 tv offer, received the product started using it. did not notice any significant whitening yet. but the big thing was to my surprise I was unknowingly signed up for a open ended subscription of the product to the tune of $60.0 every 3 months. this was very deceitful and speaks volumes about the culture of this company. steer clear of the these clowns!
