Using your toothpaste has cause tongue irritation on more than one occasions. I don't know what yu can do to less this problem. I have stopped using your product.

I have no idea how to use what came!!! I was expecting a colorful guide of when and how to use this product. Needless to say it has not been used and has been thrown in a drawer. Waste!

The Pro Whitening Gel is designed to be simple and effective, dispense equal parts toothpaste and Pro Whitening Gel onto your toothbrush, using one pump of gel each time you brush. You may need a few pumps on the first use. Brush for 2 minutes, starting with the front surfaces and then moving to the back surfaces where plaque and stains tend to hide.
