Auto subscription scam. Trial is false advertising to get your credit card and charge for automatic shipments without your consent. This will be reported to the better business bureau and my attorney general’s office. Terrible business practices !!! Buyer beware.

Unfortunately, “Smileacitives” didn’t work for my wife and me. That isn’t the issue. The issue is deceptive advertising. I signed up for the two small test containers on a special. Unrequested I received a larger container that was charged against my credit card. Not pleased but still not a problem. When I called to cancel any further shipments, I was informed I still owed money on the larger container, because it is billed in 3 payments. $88 for one contained. That is over $23 an ounce and the special was certainly misleading.

Keep getting billing for canceled and not received product. No one answers phone

While the product seems to work you don’t realize that in one month your card is charged over $80 for your next order. No where on the website does it mention that you are automatically opted in to their subscription program. Most mail order programs give you an opportunity to opt out of any such program or send you an email of an upcoming charge. And by the time you realize that they have decided for you, you have been charged over $80 for a new larger sized product. I will be filling for a refund from my bank and contacting the federal trade commission and my states attorney general about these practices. I will never order again no matter how good it is or could be. My advise, buyer be aware of this ordering scam, there is no obvious way to see or opt out of a subscription!

I don’t even want to give this company any star. The product is so so, and the company is awful. They don’t tell you that after the first delivery, you automatically put on a renewal program and it’s three times the cost. Don’t get sucked in.

I purchased this thinking that it was a one time purchase. My initial order was 2 tubes but before I finished the first tube I was charged for a new set, when I tried to cancel order I was told that I had to use product for 90 days which meant that I had to be charged 3 or more times. This is the tactic of a shakedown operation. Oh, finally the product does not work, After month of use I saw no difference. Learn from my mistake. Don't waste your money.

Did a trial , then got sent a large tube of product with replacement brushes which I never ordered. Called an d Cancelled. I never ordered a subscription. They took out $41 of PayPal. I Cancelled on PayPal also. Now am getting invoices and emails saying I owed $125 more. NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS!!! I have sent it back and called to straight out account. Guess what. The customer service line asks you what language ( Only option is English) and when you hit 1, it loops. NEVER BUY OR USE THIS COMPANY

horrible, Not only does the product not work but they slip in additional product and spread out paymnets for three month, that you did not even order! Tried to use 60 money back guarantee and it was two days past and would not honor it. There is no where to cancel your subcripstion on line had to dig for number abc call. Bad bad company very bad.
