My complaint is similar to others posted here. I paid for the trial tube, unaware that I had also signed up for a "membership", until I received a large size tube as well. I cancelled the membership, was ìnformed that I could keep the product, but returned the large size via UPS anyhow, which cost $13.08. I am still receiving past due notices for $60.84 for the large tube which I never requested, and returned. I have notified them twice that I returned the unwanted tube.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I had the same experience as everyone else. I ordered the product, but there was no indication that I was signing up for a membership. I only found out about it when I saw a $40 charge (1 of 3) show up on my credit card statement. The next shipment had already gone out. Now I have to waste time in returning it for a refund less the shipping charge. How do they get away with this? Plus - this product does NOT work.

SCAM - THEY WILL SET YOU UP ON A SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND START CHARGING YOUR CARD. THEY SENT ME A KIT, THAT I DID NOT PURCHASE AND HAVE CHARGED ME FOR IT. I RETURNED IT AND THEY CONTINUE TO SEND ME A BILL FOR IT. INFURIATING!

SCAM!!!! I was unaware that I had subscribed to a recurring service. I noticed that I was charged twice within two days for the upcoming month through my PayPal account. I did not receive any email notifications confirming these charges or any shipment details. When attempting to cancel through your website, it stated, "No account was found with this email address," despite using the correct email saved on my computer. This prevents me from accessing my account. I will have to try to call tomorrow. I hope I will be able to cancel. Horrible!!!!

I signed up knowing it was a subscription but it was indicated I could cancel at any time. I just cancelled today but was told I had to pay two more months to fulfill my subscription. Don't get suckered into this company. By the way, the product doesn't give the results shown on TV.

I cancelled my membership but continued to have my debit card charged to the tune of $148.91. Impossible to talk to customer service. The number reverts to sales being told I had to speak to Customer service. I had to cancel my debit card to stop them from continuing to charge my card.

I only order the trial size to try and see if it will work for me, w/i a month I rec'd the normal size and was charged my credit card $48.46, I called customer service and spoke to some woman (didn't get her name) telling her that I did not want the product and why they sent it to me, she said I signed for "auto shipment" which they automatically did, she kept pushing to keep it and she'll give me a 20% off, I said no because I felt the product was not working, she got an attitude, end of conversation, I returned the product and they kept $13.20 from the charge, I called c/s spoke with "louis" I explained the situation but he hung up on me. What a customer service this people have. Don't buy their product!!

Do not fall for it! You get tricked into a subscription you do not want or need! And trying to cancel your order is impossible, they put you on an automatic payment plan and charge you triple the amount of what a new customer pays! I'm surprised they have not been shut down! Oh and the products did not show any difference in whitening my teeth! I would not "subscribe!"
