This company is a fraud. Not only does the product not work, they continue to charge you $47.00 every quarter for your “subscription”. AVOID THIS SCAM!

Doesn't work like they say , be careful they keep billing you every month . 48.00 I've told them cancel I'm still dealing with them trying take it from my account . Not worth it .

Don’t buy this product When I first got the product, I used it consistently and I never saw a difference so I canceled. Months later I realized I was still connected to them so I canceled again now they keep charging me and sending me product.

SCAM! Do not do the subscription! Like everyone else stated, they send you an expensive package a month later with items you DID NOT WANT and there is no way to change your order online, like they say you can. The "customer service" center offers NO HELP, they just keep repeating the same thing over and over again. The product works a little, but not the way they say it does. I sent the package back that they sent me (that I didn't order) at my cost, and will stop payment at the bank if I don't get a refund. What a terrible business!

I wanted to try the buy one and get one free—small bottles. The product is not bad and I did see some improvement. I was not expecting to receive a larger bottle about a month later, Now in October I got another large bottle in the mail, and I did see it on my back acct. I had canceled it on Paypal a few months and put in inactive thinking it was going to be canceled but that didn't work. I called customer service and they said I was in their subscription for every month. I never wanted to subscribe but that was their deal without me knowing anything about it. So now I have my subscription canceled but they tell me I'm still going to be charged for two more months because it was the KIT offer that I never wanted. I never got the whole kit sent to me in the first place. What a big SCAM this company is. I will be visiting my bank this week to see about the next two payments. This company has nothing but bad reviews that I have read. A lot of unhappy people so far. It's not the product but it's the way you lure people in to pay more than what they expect from a company like you. I will be tell everyone I know about this. Shame on you all who are involved with this SCAM.

This is a scam. I ordered two small whitening gels and it came with a whitening pen. Fine. However, when my next shipment was sent I received a large bottle (3 times the size of the first one) and 2 pens. I did not change my order to receive these additional items. I had have them removed from my next order. Shipping the pens back for a refund was more expensive than the pens. I received another large bottle last week, I haven't even finished the last one. I decided to cancel my subscription via the website chat feature. When done I received an email saying I have a balance due of $60.27. They state the bottle I just received is paid in 3 monthly payments of $30 each. I have already thrown out the packaging so I can't return it. The customer service chat must be manned by AI because it won't answer all your questions, like 'why do I have a balance due?'. When you call customer service, you get a call center and those people can't make any decisions. They sound like they are reading off a card. The product was OK, it seemed to whiten my teeth a little, but it was not worth a forced subscription and the hassle to cancel. JUST DON'T DO IT!! Buy something a CVS or Target, pay and be done with it.

I ordered a kit and of course it had an auto ship for the following month. I called to cancel and they still sent the product. They continue to harass me to pay for the second shipment without my approval. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not waste your time & money. PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Crest White Strips does is a comporable product with same results for a fraction of the cost with this business. I am mailing back some of the products today. I used it for a 2 weeks and didnt see any changes.

Very shady business/billing practice. I only made a purchase, and they automatically signed me up for a membership without telling me. I just put the product into the cart and purchased it (normal), however I ended up with additional product coming and getting a bill. I cancelled; however, I continue to get billed - just received a past due invoice for double the amount. Had to shut my cc down. Put in another call today (09/09/24) and spoke with Ralph, he assured me again my subscription that they enrolled me in was cancelled and that all of my information would be deleted as I asked them to please remove me from their listing along with all my information.
