It is a scam. Period.

I ordered a single order of smile actives with no renewal. A month later I was charged for Renewal of $57.31 and then I received a renewal. I tried to cancel on line and the only way I could was to agree to pay for 2 more renewals totaling $114.62. I called customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes and gave up. I am contacting AMEX to cancel any further charges. The company tries to extort money when you try to cancel and the promotional ads say you can cancel anytime. Run don't walk away from this company.

Money back guarantee was a lie. I was dissatisfied and unable to canel. Best ivcould do was remove all but one product. I wrote to the to cancel. The sent it any way to me. A whitening pen which is just peroxide. They began to charge me one of three 8.99 payments. I said i don't want this and was told its covered by money back guarantee.i retuned but had to pay $7 in postage. Instead of refunding me 8.99 they charge another 8.99. They said dont worry it will be refunded. It wasnte. They only refunded each payment partially. Scam

these people should go to jail! The product sucks! save your money! when you try and cancel their stellar customer service person flat out tells you "no" - they continue to send you their garbage product and charge your card. these automatic renewals should be outlawed! these people at Smilesactives - SUCK!!!!!! and their product is Dog S$!

I bought the item with a promotion buy 1 get 1 free+ FREE shipping . I paid $27.32 in Aug/12/2025 . I used 3 times and my teeth + gum were pain , sore bleeding so I stop using it .Sep /11/2025 the company AUTO charged me $ 30.59 I contacted to the company by chatting , I told to the agent canceled my account and he said he would refund to me $30/59 then I got an email from them said ( You'll no longer receive shipments, however, you may still have a balance owed for the last shipment you received. Any balance will be paid off in installments according to your monthly payment plan..) that was the original email that they sent to me .Today 09/13/2025 I called first but nobody answered the phone so I chatting with Julie , she is a nice agent but she gave me a refund $ 20.78 , that's it . I feel like I got a scam . it's horrible when a company AUTO subscribers like that because I knew I did not do it , I ONLY wanted to buy ONE TIME to see IF I CAN USE IT OR NOT , why did I have to subscribe???? It is sad . Be honest your company will be successful. Dishonest you will have bankruptcy.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not ever buy anything from this company. They make it seem like you are getting a good deal on this product (the product does not even whiten at all), then all of a sudden you are getting charged monthly for things you didn't order! It's not possible to cancel online and when you call, it takes 20 minutes to reach anyone. They will make you feel like you should have known it was a subscription but it is not advertised that way at all. When they finally "cancel" your membership, you'll be told you did it too late; that the order already left the warehouse so they have to keep charging you monthly to pay for that order...which is literally $90 for a tube of clear cream that does nothing. Terrible. VERY SHADY COMPANY. Please do not order from them.

They lie about the product, they have hidden subscription charges, if you cancel they’ll still charge you. They’re frauds, the product doesn’t work and they steal your money. And good luck stopping them through PayPal, you won’t get any assistance.

The product did not work for me or my wife. You pay once for the Kit(About $33). Then another payment that they split your order into 3 payment($143.19 total, $47.43 per month for 3 months). They send you 1 package(refills) that is suppose to work for 3 months. If you return it. You as the customer have pay for the shipping. But they still deduct the shipping for the refill they send you. So you can lose $20-$30. Customer service wait time is 30mins, and could take even longer. If I was someone looking into this product. I would not try it at all. My perspective.
