This company is a disaster. Several times I have waited on the phone an hour to speak to a customer service rep. (located in the Philippines). Or I have waited an hour online for someone to reply on their chat service. It wasn’t clear from the ad, but when you purchase their products, you are subscribing to a monthly service and will get a shipment every month. Just try to call and cancel… It takes an act of God. Don’t waste your time or energy.

This company put me in a subscription and continued to bill me without my permission. Total unscrupulous scam!

Scam company!!! The whole process was scam. Never received anything back from the customer service, no calls back no email response nothing!

Brought 2 trials of smile active through amazon. Then started to receive product i didn't subscribe for. I finally decided to pay the 60.30 due and when I tried to pay they have a check mark as a default stating you agree for them to use new card for more products. I refuse to pay and have had to sign up for credit protection from this scam company

Scammers- stay away. Placed an order and as I hit pay, caught very tiny font out of corner of eye saying they charge me $27 in 3 payments over next month! They auto created a subscription. Tried to cancel my order within 5 mins of placing it by calling them & they said no! Calling my CC company to say it’s fraud

My experience with Smile Active was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible — it took over an hour just to speak with someone. When I finally got through via messaging, the representative refused to cancel my account even though I asked multiple times. Only after pushing again did they finally help, and I was able to talk to someone. The only reason this review even gets one star is because they did cover my last payment, since I hadn’t approved any of the charges. However, when I asked to speak with a manager or get an email to contact one, I was told they didn’t have any email available, which is very unprofessional. I do not recommend using this service. I used their product consistently, and it made no noticeable difference — my teeth look exactly the same. Avoid this company if you can.

I agree with all the negative comments. Subscription was EXTREMELY vague and the cost is atrocious for the actual non results. I cancelled the “subscription “ and we will see if it is actually cancelled

Would give zero stars if possible - this company is awful! Overcharge you and won’t refund you. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with anywhere. Do not purchase this ….
