Ordered an s24 ultra smart phone
Ordered an s24 ultra smart phone, phone arrived and is so not a s24 ultra, firmware is 9 at best was advertised as having 16gb of ram, yeah really, and yet in the email confirmation it clearly states its 12gb even though that's not the case either. All they have done is rename a phone that of a s24 ultra. I bought through klarna and chose to pay a month later, thank god I did that as I'm emailing them everyday to return the phone only to be met with constant silence. Absolutely nothing for me to return the phone and the crappy smart watch that was sent with it. I have also had to change my Google password, and X as this phone was recognised by numbers and not the actual phone name and attempts had been made on my accounts, to steal money identity I don't know. But this company doesn't care about even returning the phone, its been really dragged put with no resolution in hand. Thank god I didn't pay on my debit card and chose to pay in 30 days as had my doubts it would even arrive. Anyone can rename a phone, and stick a label on a box. There is nothing Samsung about this phone. Stay well clear from these peoplenas they just don't care, I've sent dozens of emails to try and send the phone back, but they have not responded to any of them, not one. I've coke on here in the hope I'd get a response but going by the reviews I can kiss that goodbye. I just don't want this to affect my credit score. Hopefully klarna will sort it and see the amount of attempts to return this bag of crap phone back to them. There payment has been paused so they have gained nothing. And they still don't want the phone back that was designed to steal users data and identity, as had numerous private number calls from Chinese people, claiming to be 02, and other companies, never had them before I purchased this phone. Stay well clear and avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting customer service that actually isn't. I just want to return the phone so then klarna can close the case. Worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life..
