Canvas Print Pricing, Process and Purchase
The pre-sales experience with the live person via chat was great. My person answered all my questions and was awesome. I did not like the AI chat bot. It would respond with the canned answers that were in the description or FAQ and that is why I put 4 stars. The people assigned/responding to my canvas print order were amazing too. They asked if I had a deadline and let me know about the longer leadtime for the proof. Also, I got a freight quote so I would know the exact price that I was paying. The 3 prints looked fantastic in the showroom. Overall it was a great experience.

Great as usual
Great as usual. Second time I have used Smartpress, and it went very smoothly. Communication is great using their dashboard and the product was delivered by the date they said it would. Will definitely be using Smartpress again.

Quality was fantastic
Quality was fantastic. Web tool worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful in picking a paper stock to use for my project. A minor error\issue with print quantity but they fixed it with in 48 hours. I will be using Smartpress again in April.
