Sales rep phone calls
We buy a lot of our supplies from SmartPractice, with much success. However, our sales rep calls us at least a couple times a month to check on us and give us info on products on sale. We have asked her repeatedly not to call, that we will call her to place the order. The products she calls to tell us about are always the same, also. We feel good doing business with SmartPractice! But just wish we didn't have to take the phone calls from the rep all the time. A while ago she was calling at least once a week. It's a lot less now, but still annoying.
