My rep, Brenda, got back to me right away with pricing and placed the order immediately. She got back to me with answers to my questions. The order arrived quickly and when they said it would. Great service!

We have always enjoyed ordering from Smart Practice. They are knowledgeable about their products and have always taken the time to answer any questions or concerns that we have. Customized products are always proofed and of exceptional quality. We love how quickly we receive our orders and that our representative always lets us know if an item is going to take longer than anticipated. The customer service with Smart Practice has always been better than any of the bigger companies and we know that we can rely on our representative to communicate with us in a timely manner.

Whenever I have a project my first call is to my team at SmartPractice. It can be as simple as redesigning my postcards or something as complex as my re-activation program. My team at SmartPractice always comes through.

I am the Office Manager at a small private practice in Brookline, MA. I can honestly say that SmartPractice is wonderful. We have found that the prices at SmartPractice are better than other companies and the customer service is amazingly good. I want to give special attention to our representative, Paul Fratella, because he is exceptional. He is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely easy and fun to work with. He is a true pleasure to work with and he makes a world of difference in our ordering experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to SmartPractice especially if you are looking to save money and have a pleasant experience every time. And, if you can get Paul F. as your representative then do it! He is simply THE BEST. Thank you Paul!! -Lan N Office Manager at HutnerDental

SmartPractice truly cares about their customers and stands behind their name. Competitive prices and outstanding customer service make them the go to company for dental supplies, from front office to the back office.

I have been using SmartPractice for years! Their service has only gotten better over the years. Now a next day delivery compared to a 7 day delivery years ago. Although I now order everything online, I do miss talking to my good friend, which developed over the years of ordering via telephone, to Laurie Spracale, who was exceptional at her customer service!!! Thanks for over 30 years of GREAT service!!

SmartPractice has been our main supplier for over 30 years. Their customer service and personal attention to the needs of our practice are the best in the industry. We love our account rep Andrea like family. They have the best materials at very competitive prices and their patient contact programs and mailings have been a key to our success for 36 years.
