Orders are shipped expeditiously and arrive in 2 days. Staff great and they keep records of previous orders to assist when reordering. Always inform me of specials and truly have my best interest in mind. Completely satisfied and highly recommend.

I have been with this company for many years now. My representative is very knowledgeable about the products her company sells. She has called manufacturers for me, gotten samples swatches for chairs, etc. She goes above and beyond with her service. some of the companies I have worked with in the past did not make the effort to get any additional information about a product or to do anything more than just take my order. I am no longer purchasing products with those companies. I have always had a good experience with Smart Practice and will continue to do business with them.
