SmartPracticeReviews of smartpractice.com

I always shop around for the best price for the item I am looking for. I always get the best price from smart practice. They even beat my other reps even when I get special discounts. The rep I have (Jeff A.) is always willing to help me find every item that I am looking for, he always goes that extra mile.

SmartPractice is reliable, fast and excellent costumer service.

I love shopping here! Easy and convenient. Great customer service when needed. Great prices. I've been a customer for over 5 years now. Wouldn't want to shop anywhere else for dental supplies. Keep up the great work guys!

I have been using Smart Practice for about 5 years now. They are a fabulous company. I have ordered clinical products, patient communications and patient giveaways. Unlike the previous reviewer I have never had an issue. The customer service team is very pleasant and always willing to help with any questions.

You know, I have worked with SmartPractice for 3 years now and they just seem to get it. They make my job so easy in the office! I have worked with their representatives for all our marketing and patient communication products...they really do listen. I have recommended their products and services to other office managers and they are also very pleased. We have had custom work done and they have delivered. Very beautiful work. Our patients have complemented the great quality of the card and calendar magnets. We send out Holiday cards and SmartPractice-- do all the work, if you choose to go that route. Two years ago we had to address, stamp and seal the cards. It took our office over two weeks to do 2,000 cards. Last year tried their delivery system and it saved MONEY and office time. They have specials on holiday cards, calendars, magnets, and etc... We always choose the DELUXE cards. Products we have ordered are: *Postcards *Reminder PostCards * Appointment Cards *Holiday Cards *Calendar Magnets We will continue to work with the SmartPractice team for our future needs.

We have only great things to say about Smartpractice. Our sales rep Sy is incredible. She is knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. We would recommend them to anyone.

SmartPractice has by far the best customer service in the industry. We have been doing business with them for over 15 years. Our representative Brandon Bomar is as good as they come. He is always there when we need him and goes above and beyond in helping us save money. Their printing and graphics departments are so talented and have been customizing our Thanksgiving card for the past 5 years and have assisted us in numerous patient mass mailings. It is hard to describe the quality of customer service that they all deliver. They are intelligent, talented, personable, professional and trustworthy just for starts. I recommend them highly to all of my colleges when ever the discussion about supplies or printing needs comes up. SmartPractice is our favorite company to do business with!!

SmartPractice is the best company I have ever ordered supplies from. They are affordable and have excellent customer service. If something is on backorder and you need it, they do everything they can to drop ship so it's received on time. I get all my supplies within 3 days of ordering and we are in a very rural area. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible! I highly recommend SmartPractice for your dental needs!
