I really didn't know what to expect but William explained things to me and was extremely patient when I was having trouble understanding things at first. I was under the impression I was applying for a loan to pay off my debt myself,but he went above and beyond to explain to me how the escrow account worked,how the company did all the work negotiating with my creditors to get my debt down and I am now only making one lower monthly payment.
