Smart Kids PlanetReviews of smartkidsplanet.com

The product was great quality and lots of fun for the kids. What made my experience with Smart Kids Planet was the amazing customer service. I will certainly purchase other toys for my grandchildren in the future.

Donna Wilson is an attentive, courteous representative for Smart Kids Planet. Thank you, Donn!

This is my third order from Smart Kids Planet - the Intelligent Programmable Robot, the World of Learning globe, and the Talking Bluey and Robin plushes. The order processes were easy and went smoothly. The toys arrived earlier than expected. My grandkids loved each and my daughter sends me great pictures of the kids playing with the toys (and learning something new). Special mention goes to Donna and her team, who assisted me when I wanted to change my last order. They processed the change correctly, refunded my earlier payment quickly, and applied the discount code to the new order. They kept me posted thru my email along the way. I'm a fan.

Very good experience with this company. We actually purchased something by mistake, Apple Pay situation, and when I emailed them to cancel there was no hassle. Great customer service and they took care of it right away.

I had a great experience in that I made a mistake with my order and I called customer service and they were able to make the changes I needed. They went over and above helping me out. I so appreciate it and will definitely order from them again.

I sent it to my neice. Who loved it

They loved it! The 11 year old easily built it and was happy and proud to show it to how two younger brothers. Great idea! Thank you!

While we had a little 'mix up' getting me my card (I mistakenly thought it would be mailed vs. online download). Donna worked very hard in getting this straightened out and everything turned out great. Thank you!
