Smarter Finance USAReviews of smarterfinanceusa.com

Worked with Anthony of the smarter finance team, to help me with my equipment for my startup of a drilling company. He was upfront, polite, hardworking, and punctual on my deal. Since then he has stayed in touch and created a personal relationship with my business and self. I have now done several deals with Anthony and Smarter Finance, and wouldn't recommend anyone else for all your equipment needs big or small!!

What made my experience great was the customer service. The individual who handled my financing was remarkably patient throughout the entire process and demonstrated diligence in ensuring that the loan process moved along both promptly and efficiently. The representative made it clear that my understanding and comfort were their top priority. They took the time to explain every detail, answering all my questions with patience. Regardless of the time of day, they were available to provide assistance to my queries and I believe that showcases their dedication to the job and commitment to provide exceptional service. The great qualities in hired personnel make for exceptional service and I believe that Smarter Finance provides that.

I can’t say enough about Charlie Daniel. He was professional from the first phone cal, all the way until the deal was sealed. I must’ve called a 100 times and he always answered the phone. Charlie always had an answer to my questions and if he didn’t, he was quick to get back to me. This was hands down the best experience when it comes to financing.

Nick is the man , great customer service , great communication , and an overall nice person . Thankful for him and his company's help in my recent backhoe purchase. Highly recommend nick and his team

I was displeased towards the end with communication between Profoam and the accounting department as they caused me not to be able to take possession of my trailer. It’s a 13 hour drive and now I have to drive all the way back up to get it. NOW let me tell you that Eric Raymond came in and literally was ON IT! I was extremely impressed on his sense of urgency and willingness to help me in anyway that he could. This would have went way down hill if it was not for him. Eric was exceptional the entire way through from start to finish and he is the only reason that I would consider you guys again for funding. He was great!

We are expanding into Decompression therapy and had multiple pieces of equipment to purchase. Robert Jackson and his team were able to make this happen quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I will use them in the future for purchasing equipment. Dr. R. K. Coleman
