David Bolce was not respectful during our interactions. His tone was rude, and he made the process feel frustrating instead of helpful. On top of that, the loan terms he offered were far worse than what I received from another lender. I would not recommend working with him based on my experience.

What a WAIST of time and resources. I went back and fourth with this company looking to secure a equipment loan and after many times requesting additional documentation nothing came together. I emailed the president of the company and asked him to look into this but nothing he could leverage and he was the President of the company. Whoever they use for financing projects they need to NEVER use them again AND we were only requesting a 15k equipment loan. My recommendation to the company is to find away to finance in house deals and you will make money and attract guys like me.

We were unable to get this one approved, and I understand how frustrating that is, especially after spending time working on it with us. Each lender has specific criteria for approval, and even after reaching out to others I don't usually work with...we were still unable to get your request approved. I'm also frustrated by the result as we'd hoped to have been able to help you. While we did not meet your expectations in getting your request approved, I hope that your rating has more to do with the result of our efforts than on the efforts themselves. As a broker we can only play within the guidelines set by the underwriters, and it is unfortunate that we missed on this one. I'm in Anaheim frequently and very much look forward to visiting your location as soon as possible. It's a great concept and am confident that the location and concept are a winning combination with you at the helm.
