We should have done SMS long ago. In 1 week I have 17 leads!!! Out of those leads we had 3 appointments. This is the most activity we'd had in a while. I plan on upgrading for next month. I love it!

I have used replysmart.ai in the past. Smarter contact is genuinely 10 times better. Customer support is better, the UI is better, the zapier integration makes it way easier to use a VA, and pretty much everything else is just way better. I highly recommend this platform especially if you run a real estate business like me

I’ve been using Smarter Contact for real estate prospecting, specifically to follow up with expired and withdrawn homeowners through SMS campaigns, and it has made the process significantly more efficient. What I like most is how straightforward it is to upload a targeted list, organize campaigns, and communicate with a large number of prospects without the process feeling overly complicated. It gives me a practical way to consistently follow up with homeowners who may be open to having a conversation about selling, while saving a huge amount of time compared with doing everything manually. I’ve already been able to generate real conversations and leads from the platform, and for me that is what makes the investment worthwhile. In real estate, even one good opportunity can easily justify the cost of the software, so having a system that lets me reach and follow up with hundreds of relevant prospects efficiently has been valuable. Before Smarter Contact, my prospecting was much more dependent on cold calling and manual follow-up. I still believe strongly in calling, but Smarter Contact gives me another channel and makes it much easier to stay consistent, test different messaging, and reach people I might not otherwise connect with. Overall, it has become a useful part of my prospecting stack, and I would recommend it to real estate professionals who are serious about outbound lead generation and want a more scalable way to manage SMS outreach.

BEWARE OF SMARTER CONTACT – BILLING ISSUES, BROKEN PROMISES, AND TERRIBLE SERVICE Doing business with Smarter Contact has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. I have experienced repeated double charges to my credit card, including charges for services I never received. When I contacted support to dispute these charges, rather than correcting the problem or issuing a refund, they eventually stopped responding to my messages altogether. As if the billing issues weren’t bad enough, their texting platform has been consistently unreliable. A significant number of my outgoing messages have been rejected or blocked, and the system suffers from ongoing glitches and technical problems. For a company selling a business-critical communication service, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. The final straw was my recent interaction with their representative, Henry. During a phone conversation, I was led to believe a refund would be provided. However, the company subsequently reversed its position in writing, refused the refund, and attempted to dismiss the contradiction as a “misunderstanding.” Telling a customer one thing over the phone and then doing the exact opposite is not a misunderstanding. In my opinion, it is misleading, dishonest, and a complete failure of business integrity. I have been left with disputed charges, unreliable service, unanswered complaints, and promises that were not honored. I consider my experience with Smarter Contact to be deeply deceptive, and I strongly caution anyone considering this company to stay away. I would not trust them with my credit card, my business communications, or my money again. I am now pursuing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities. ZERO TRUST. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. My strongest recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SMARTER CONTACT.
