A completely terrible application. It’s performance is woeful, absolutely no consistency, changes lost left right and centre, customer service none existent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Greedy company

Upon first use it seems great, that is until you try to download your work. Only then does it explain that you MUST pay in order to download. This is sneaky and not upfront at all. It forces you to either pay or redo all of the work you spent a long time on elsewhere. DO NOT USE, IF ONLY FOR THEIR OBFUSCATION AND MISREPRESNTATION.

Fewer features and more bugs than draw.io, and no mention of "purchase to export" until AFTER you've drawn. Toxic version of 'foot-in-the-door' sales tactics. Be upfront, greedy scum.

The fact that you need to pay to export or even print is absolutely ridiculous. The UI is also not really keyboard friendly and selecting multiple things with your mouse is inconsistent.

I hate those scammers.

Yet another greedy corporate company that doesn't care about the little guy, only their own income. decent product, but not great, wish i'd just drawn things out by hand instead of wasting my money and time using software that unless you keep paying, you don't own the works that you've created. save your time and money and use a pencil and paper.

Tried SmartDraw for the first time and instantly regretted it. Spent 3 hours designing, sacrificed my sleep, deadline is near… then boom. “Connection to servers lost”. One project gone, one of the most frustrating crashes I’ve ever faced. Never trusting this tool again.
