$130 to be able print a simple school project?

The app itself works fine, although it is a bit limited in terms of options for layouting. However, their trial period is very intransparent and I quickly ran out of object space with no warning period whatsoever. Once you run out of objects you cannot edit or touch the document in any way whatsoever and all your work is effectively lost if you do not pay. This is a very unfriendly way to design a trial, particularly given the lack of transparency. All my work is now lost.

The system is decent but they suddenly decided I needed to pay up while I was mid project and deleted the whole thing. I'm out over an hour of work.

so incredibly slow and bad

Greedy exploitative company. Did a free trial, finished an assignment, and then was forced to pay over $150 dollars of money I don't have just to view it so I could export and submit it.

Even contacting support was blocked in the app. IT was easier to create my floorplan in Paint than SmartDraw

REALLY BAD experience. Spent about an hour drawing a room thinking it is a free service as it advertises. Was HORRIBLY mistaken. When you are done drawing it and want to download your sketch. It makes you sing up and then asks for you to pay a monthly fee in order to export.
