I have used this product to create electric schematics for test boxes on aircraft equipment. design flow faultfinding diagrams for techs to be more effective in diagnosing faults. and even a plan view to submit to council so i could build a 3 bay garage so what can i say, excellent product, easy to use, lost of preformed templates that will also give you better ideas this program is affordable, recommend it for all types of users math, science, media, presentations, planning, ill stop now as i could go on and on.

Very communicative support team - software does the trick for our floor plans!

The more I use SmartDraw the more impressed I am with its versatility. When combined with Dropbox for file storage I can have all my files at my fingertips whether working from my office or when mobile at a client site.

Road Rebel Entertainment Touring has used SmartDraw for about 10 years. We love it! It has become an action word for us, we'll be in a meeting and someone will say, can you SmartDraw that? We diagram out training's, career paths, internal structure, the design of our database - you name it, we use it for bringing a visual clarity to all that we do. And it is so easy to use, would be lost without this tool. Would recommend it to anyone.

It has been a couple of years since I really used Smart Draw, but I have a need for it once again to work on our organizational chart. At the time I was actively using SD, I utilized your customer support. I remember calling, and being able to talk to a real person in a matter of rings. Your staff was friendly; website clean; and product straight forward. As many do, I deal with all sorts of softwares and technology daily. But I am here to tell you that not all are as clean, and easy to use as yours. I trust that not much has changed as it was super simple for me to purchase and register my SD account once again. Worth a 5 star if you ask me!

I love this program, have had it for years. Easy to use, learn and share. Lots of options and priced reasonably well. I have used the help feature and received answers back in a timely fashion.

Handy service when it comes to creating graphs, great customer service too!
