I received my order in time and correctly (no missing or wrong items) I was pleasantly surprised to see they added a personalized gift in my package for my pets. Such a cute and thoughtful thing to do. They went the extra mile with that. I ordered hay and some snacks that look like they’re all of good quality. My bunnies love the snacks that’s for sure haha!
