Small Pet SelectReviews of smallpetselect.com

I love getting texts before my auto ship will be going through to clarify my order and make changes!! The app is so easy to use. There are no secrets or BS with this company. No surprise charges you werent aware of or forgot about. For that, I find myself ordering from them again and again. Always quality products and excellent customer service. Been ordering from them for 2 years. Thank you for making my life easier Pet Select.

This was my first order from Small Pet Select and what made my experience great was the quality of the product. I could smell the fresh Timothy hay before I even opened the box! It looked fresh and I really appreciated the long stalks of grass, the lack of dust and how little was wasted compared with other hay I’ve purchased. What also stood out to me was the packaging and the thoughtful notes included inside the box. One small suggestion: I think customers would really appreciate a handwritten note rather than a computer-generated one. It’s all about the details and sometimes the little things really are the big things. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with my first order and the entire experience!

We Have one happy bunny!

Excellent in all regards. Notification ahead of time to tell me that my automatic shipment was going to be scheduled, allowing me to change the date. Once it’s shipped, I had regular updates as to when it would arrive. Great service all around, and the Bunns love the hay.

High quality products, great service, and super convenience at a reasonable price! If you have a small pet, I highly recommend this company.

the buns loved it!

When I got an order of hay that seemed off I was able to mention it to customer support who reviewed the photos I took and assured me that it was still good quality nevertheless they did offer me store credit which was going above and beyond.

Always a great experience
