I just received an order and your system tries to send me another order 3 weeks later. This happens every time I delay an order. It’s very frustrating

Their products are some of the best quality you can get and their hay is a staple with my furkids. (They'll only nibble at store bought.). I love the smell of opening it! Their website prices kinda reflect this, though. Why is it cheaper on Amazon? Do they buy in huge quantities? Regardless, we're fixed income and every penny and dollar count for us. Would love to cut out the middleman but we gotta do the math. Otherwise they're exceptional: If you can afford the few dollars extra please support them directly via their website: They earn it.

First of all, this company is great and their customer service is excellent. They stand by 100% satisfaction guarantee. I had an issue with the hay - the hay is premium but the packers needed to sift out the small pieces. Small Pet Select immediately made me satisfied in my purchase. Also, this may be the only pet company that offers a 10% military discount.

I’ve had a few hay issues the past few months, but they always seem to come through after a few back and forth emails and photos. I understand the nature of hay production, coming from a farm background and while it can’t always be perfect, i just want the packers to pay more attention to what they’re packing. Always take pictures upon arrival if there is ever any problem with your hay. After leaving California and getting the best hay ever, I moved to Texas where you would think hay production would be plenty. Unfortunately it’s not. So SPS has been my only resource for hay. Most of the time the quality is perfect. When it’s not, they usually replace the hay or provide credit to repurchase the hay. I’m so grateful for the customer service that handles my problems with care and knowing that my bunnies 🐰 are my whole world and I pay attention to every detail. lol!
