great service

The customer service I received was top notch for the issue I had with the oat hay. The second box is beautiful and my rabbit is enjoying it. Thank you!

Amazing experience. Great product, fast shipping, awesome customer service!

I was deeply touched by the personalized slate you made for my guinea pig, Sakura, and the extra gifts you included with the timothy hay. It was so unexpected and such a kind gesture that it touched my heart and I am very thankful and appreciate your business going well above-and-beyond. I'm also stunned at how quickly my order arrived and how many updates I received on the status of the transit. 5/5 stars! Thank you!!!!

Shipped nicely and quickly. My rabbit literally grabbed the box and drug it into her castle. She loves it! She is a very picky rabbit- so bought the 3 pack. I started with the flower. I hope she enjoys the other 2, but the flower is definitely a hit.
