Long time customer of 2nd cutting Timothy Hay. Box received from Small Pet Select always completely stuffed with the hay. I wish two things were improved: frequent buyers accumulate points but they cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping; also, there is no acknowledgment of prairie dog owners. I realize pd’s are relatively uncommon but I’m sure there are a number of us purchasing your product.

Small Pet Select ship fast! Faster than any on line store front.

Small pet select is the best around if you want quality hay for your bunny. A few weeks ago I was in a pinch and I had to buy some hay from the pet store and I realized just how good I have it with my timothy hay from SPS. My 10lb californian goes through a 5lb box every 3 weeks! So the subscription option is genuinely worth it for me. I will say though, that in my last two shipments there has been a lot more dust and flaky broken stems, so my box really didn't last as long as it should have. If it wasn't for this I would rate 5 starts in a heartbeat.

I like the product, but when I made my purchase I was mislead that I would receive it sooner than I did. I expected it on a Friday but received it the following Tuesday. I would have just ordered it from Amazon if I had known it would take those extra days.

While delivery was quick, the package was pretty mangled when it arrived. I purchased 2nd cut Timothy hay for a guenia pig. I found that being 2nd cut it was not really that soft as other brands and the cut of the product very large .

The products from small pet select are of high quality and my rabbit loves 2nd cut timothy hay and really enjoys her flower power.

Honestly love your products but my rabbit shows no interest. I just think it looks nice. Sometimes bunnies just like to lay under a side table. I thought about returning it but the hassle made me keep it
