Overall great, but some of the hay is brown and not fresh.

Purchased the sampler pack. Was a little surprised by how large box was. The hay is in sections but not easy to get a little from each section. I wanted my pickey bunny to try all of the different kinds of hay to see what he prefers. Still hard to tell if he likes any of it. I tried mixing it in with his current since he refused to eat it when we first got it. But I was very surprised on how quickly it was shipped and delivered to the house.

Just got the hanging hen treats in the mail. The girls were curious then after I gave them a taste of some crumbs They seem to like it.

Good customer service over the phone.

I have a very picky rabbit, she wasn't thrilled about your hay product. She did, however, really enjoy the treats.

That things arrived on time but I with that the extra items that I ordered with the hay was put in a separate bag or something. I didn't realize it was in with the hay

Delivery service. Dislike product. Hay is too dusty. Flared up allergies.

I love the option to “postpone” delivery. However at least twice I have been told that I am going to receive a gift with my order and I have never received.
