Thank you for sharing your feedback, L. We understand how important it was for the rabbit food to reach your daughter, especially given the difficult circumstances your family was facing. Your order was shipped via UPS Ground to the apartment address provided. When you contacted us about having the package delivered specifically to the apartment door rather than the building's mailroom, we explained that special delivery instructions must be provided directly to UPS through UPS My Choice, as we aren't able to control where a UPS driver leaves a package within an apartment community. UPS ultimately confirmed delivery to the correct address, but unfortunately left the package in the building's mailroom. We understand this wasn't the delivery location you hoped for and why that was especially difficult under the circumstances. Hay is a natural agricultural product, so some variation in texture, color, and dryness can occur between harvests and boxes. We haven’t heard from you directly about this concern, so we haven’t had the opportunity to see the hay or review what you received. On June 20, your initial order (#1564046) was successfully canceled at your request because it was an accidental subscription setup. However, you have a second order (#1564521) for your 3rd Cutting Timothy Hay, Alfalfa, and Pestavert Spray that was placed on Saturday the 20th. Our warehouses are closed on Saturday and orders are processed on the following business day. Your order is currently in transit with UPS. Our Gourmet Hay is a handcrafted blend that is mixed in small batches using seasonal ingredients. Because the ingredients are naturally grown and the blend is assembled by hand, every box will vary somewhat in appearance and composition. This natural variation is part of what makes each batch unique. Under our Satisfaction Guarantee, we provide one resolution per qualifying order concern. In your case, we have already fulfilled a complete replacement for the original purchase. Since a resolution has been provided, we're unable to offer an additional replacement, refund, or store credit for this order. That said, your feedback is important to us.
