Small Pet SelectReviews of smallpetselect.com

The absolute best quality bunny products and best customer service ever! I can’t use any other brand. The quality just isn’t there elsewhere. Thanks for doing what you do!

I have always had a great experience with SPS. Their products are of the best quality and my bunnies and guinea pigs always have liked their stuff. They've gotten picky in their older age. Recently UPS ruined an order of my hay and without hesitation small pet select has sent a replacement out.

Well I did not want to fall in line with the hype of small pet select but I must admit it’s all true. I’ve never had such GREEN hay. I want to eat it myself; it looks that good. It feels unreal. Everything about it is a step above anything I’ve ever had. And their customer service is fast, prompt and should I say persistent in the BEST way?? I have ADHD. I would have forgotten to talk to them had they not reached out to me. You can tell it’s actually run by PEOPLE!! I know!! I can’t say enough to get this dang hay!! It’s worth it. My bunnies are obsessed with the orchard hay and I couldn’t get them to eat it from anywhere else. I needed something without the dust, with less allergins and this is it. This is now my top tier. I couldn’t be happier with this experience.

We had recently changed to small pet select and couldn't been happier! The surprise when we opened our box of timothy hay 3rd cut I was so so happy and my piggies were even happier! They love their hay, its soft and green and amells fresh!!

Small Pet Select has the best quality hay that I have found anywhere and at a very reasonable price. My rabbits love the orchard grass hay, as it is super soft and fresh. Their auto-ship option assures that I never forget to buy hay when my supply is running low. And when I recently ordered an extra box of third cut timothy hay, and they accidentally sent me second cut, they responded immediately when I contacted them about the error and sent the correct hay out the very next day.

Hay is fresh and smells so good. If there is an issue with the quality, their customer service responds quickly and is eager to help satisfy your needs. They were quick to send me a replacement box of hay after receiving a poor-quality batch. My bunny typically loves their products and it's good to know all their items are safe and designed for small animals.

I’ve been buying my bunny hay, treats and toys from Small Pet Select for probably ten years now. My bunny Peppy is 12 now and still gets excited to see what new stuff she gets each day! The products are so fresh and there are so many options and flavors! Not to mention their customer service is top notch!!! In all these years I can honestly say I don’t have one complaint. Just an overall wonderful company that loves animals!

I've been a customer with SPS for a while, and any time I have a problem they are very fast and helpful to find a solution. It makes me happy and confident on my choice for their products :D Thanks all!
