While on Facebook, I had been viewing Masons’ Cavies and saw they were feeding their piggies many of your products, so I decided to try them. I had been using at least 3 other brands of Timothy, but they were filled with hard pieces and very dried and not green at all. But since I have been using your Timothy, my piggies gobble it up. I lost one of my girls, Katie, last August, but her sister, Gracie, still enjoys your boxes of Timothy. Also recently, I thought I had made a mistake in a reorder and contacted your AI chat line. My concern was alleviated within minutes! Thank you for providing a great product for our little furry loved ones…and thank you for your notes in the boxes, too. You make your business feel personal.

I have used this store for years to buy hay for my rabbits. Great quality hay at fair prices, currently buying orchard hay to have less of an allergic reaction for me. Customer service is prompt, friendly, and willing to set things right. The point system for being a loyal customer is icing on the cake. Great store, highly recommend.

So I have been getting my hay from small pet select and I order the 10lb hay box I have never gotten a box damage but this one happened to be wet. So I sent pictures and they were quick to respond and they resent a new box. This is a great company I know it was not from them I believe it happen through the ups, thank you small pet you have always been a very good company with great values to your customers. My buns love all the products they receive; from 2nd cutting hay to all the treats we give them. They love the Healthy Snackers, the dried fruit and the forage trays. Their all time favorite is Goji Berries. They will run around and telescope waiting for me to hand feed them. Also, this is the. most amazing customer service of any company I have worked with. One time my hay was not up to their usual standards and when I contacted them, they immediately sent me a replacement. All of their products are of the highest quality. I tell all my animal friends about this company

These folk really love small pets - rabbits and guinea pigs. The hay they sell smells so good! Almost tempted to try some myself! The hay comes in various sizes - we buy a box 10kg box which keeps our 2 piggies going for 6-8 weeks. When you open the box it's like having a sunny day in the country suddenly land indoors. The hay is so fresh, long strands - it's not chopped up like so many other brands. Our piggies absolutely love it!!
