Customer service turnaround was great. I was offered a free product when I purchased 2 large bags of bedding which makes me want to order more. It showed appreciation for my business and I like feeling valued in a company where I am investing my money for my small pets. I cant wait to use the bedding that I purchased for my hamsters.

I’ve placed several orders with small pet select and I’ve received them very quickly. In this instance there was a miss ship where I received something incorrectly. I reached out and immediately was sent what I ordered. I plan to donate the ship to my local ship shelter, but I feel this was handled quickly and it is obvious that small pet cares about their customers.
