great company the rosebud bedding is the best, absorbent, good odor control, and I love how it smells. my rabbit loves the 2nd cut hay and the snackers also

I have been ordering from Small Pet Select for a while now for our Rabbit. Everything has been great quality (and well loved by the bun) Delivery is within days of ordering. I’ve had to reach out to customer service twice (nothing major, 1 was a wrong item, 1 a missing item). Both times, response was prompt & resolved within minutes- with item being picked/ready for delivery shortly after reaching out. They were friendly & very apologetic.

My girls like the hay. Small Pet Select seems to care about its clients and their pets; the guinea pig rescue organization from whom I have adopted has really appreciated SPS. I do like how the hay packaging is cardboard instead of plastic (except for the tape), so there is less plastic being produced and used for purposes of clients getting the hay to our pets.

Quality of hay is excellent. Fast reliable shipping. Customer service is friendly and competent. I've been buying all my rabbits hay and treats from SPS for several years now.

This company usually has high quality hay that my rabbit loves. He is very picky and this is his favorite brand of hay to eat. I recently chatted in with a concern about receiving a box of hay that was drier than normal and I was sent a replacement box. The customer service was great.
