High quality food and service!

I love Small Pet Select! They never disappoint. From quality, unique and healthy products to fast shipping and excellent customer service. My bunny Jelly Bean and her best friend Buddy enjoy all the things I've ordered them. Can't wait to see what more cool things they make to get for my buns!

I had some questions when placing an order recently and used the chat function to start. When that wasn't enough help, I was provided with a real live person who was SO helpful. They took care of my problem and explained it clearly. Definitely appreciate the concern and politeness of the person as well as their knowledge of the entire system.

Very fast delivery, my rabbit loves your hay, if there is any problem I pick up phone call & either credit my account or quickly send me another.

Great quality, great customer service

I get my 2nd cut hay for my bunnies from here and they enjoy it. Fast delivery and I'm very satisfied with the hay; however, the last couple of times, I received hay that was mostly filled with hay dust rather than actual hay. I hope there will be better quality control in the future. Highly recommend bunny owners to try their hay.

I am so impressed with the help I received and greatly appreciate it! Thank you so much!
