Easy initial application to fill out, but then the fun begins with making sure all the documentation is there, Once you're approved, the entire process runs on auto pilot. I did call in one time to get a pay off balance to be sent to me, the lady I spoke with advised it could take 2-24 hours. Of course being on a Friday, I never received the pay off balance. Nor did I receive the following Monday, or anytime after that. The only issue I had was with renewals. If you can not take the time to ensure the company name of the individual that signs the documents is correct, then why would I take the time to entertain the idea of asking for more money. Confidence level fell.
