Hello and thanks fro leaving a review! We're glad there were no problems with your financing and everything went as you were told. At SBLR we strive to get all of our customers the best rates and fees on their business financing. However there are some things that are out of our control which cause rates to be higher such as: Time in business, personal credit, the industry you are in as well as other risk factors that contribute. We can assure you that we work with the best of the best alternative business lenders and because we send them so much volume we get many exceptions made where others can't. While we're happy you were satisfied with the service, we're not in full control of what rates are available because we are a matching service and match business owners to lenders that can get them financing regardless of their credit, time in business etc. In that light we hope you do use our service again because if the financing is paid in a timely manner that will help build history and get you lower costs over time.

Hi Mr. Mobley, we appreciate your feedback and the time you took to write it. When it comes to payoffs, we are generally at the mercy of the party who is providing the payoff to us so all we can do on our end is request it in a timely manner once we are sure the previous balance is being paid off. As for the 2nd issue, we apologize because clerical errors can happen but rest assured paperwork would never pass underwriting with incorrect information. We take pride in our service and efficiency and are always striving to improve.
