This app is a very shitty app , stay away and beware . Support doesn’t exist . They don’t reply to emails . They are scammers . Beware and they refuse to refund .

Very bad service. The WiFi calling almost never works and when you contact them via email they don’t answer. Don’t waste your money on this!

One of the most frustrating apps I've ever had the displeasure of using. NOTHING works on the iOS app. COMPLETELY horrible design and implentation, incredibly frustrating.

While I had the service good. Trying to port my number away and 4 days with no response from customer service. I see others have said the same thing when it comes to porting, which is illegal. According to FCC regulations, carriers are required to process simple porting requests within one business day. I will be contacting FCC and encourage anyone who has this issue to do the same thing. Enough complaints, hopefully they will launch an investigation. Further, I attempted to call them, only to find that they do not offer a customer service phone number. I find it ironic, and frankly unacceptable, that a company selling phone services does not provide phone support.

After arising unexpected error on my PC, I lost my slynumber, and I send email to need urgent help. In 10 mins, Slynumber recover my phone number. I really appreciated its assistance and kindness.

SLYNUMBER is a great service, I searched many other alternatives and used some of them but they are the fastest and most trustable till now. Support also very fast, which is important for me.
