I’ve been trying to purchase a package on SLYNUMBER for over a week now, and it’s been a complete waste of time. The payment simply does not work — I’ve tried multiple times from both the app and the website. I contacted support several times, clearly explaining the issue, but instead of actually investigating, they just keep replying that “everything is fine” on their end. Their only suggestion? “Use another payment method.” The problem is — there is no alternative method available. So their “solution” is not a solution at all. This is honestly one of the worst support experiences I’ve ever had. No real help, no accountability, no effort to fix the issue. If you value your time and want a service that actually works with proper support, I strongly recommend avoiding them.

My daughter lives in the US so I use this app whenever I go visit her. It was very easy to set up. The data option was a great addition too

I'm thoroughly impressed with this service provider. The notifications are always on time, and I've never experienced any issues. I'd give it a 5-star rating, but I wish they would expand their services to include more countries for calling.

my credit card company immediately flagged this as a possible fraud entity! stay away! i was lucky that my credit card company did not allow the charge to go through. my credit card is NOT a debit card. trust pilot shows that almost 50% of reviews for this scumbag company are negative STAY AWAY!!
