Their TOS states that there is a 10-14 business day approval period for all withdrawals then there is another 10-14 business day processing period. They will take the entire time and you will still have to contact them at the end of the approval period. Then you will be lied to about your verification items and told that you need to re-verify. Then your verification items need to be processed by a team that works maybe 5hrs/week. The support is somewhat responsive but for the most part an AI bot could give you the same answers of regurgitated parts of their TOS. I made a deposit without a bonus on the lightning bitcoin option, After making said deposit, I proceeded to do well and made some money. I requested a withdrawal.I decided to patronize thier casinos again since it went ok the first time. This was before i realized how long you have to wait for there "Verification process", and "Withdrawal processing period". So I selecting a promotional code and it didn't go through.
