Requested a withdrawal of 6 grand on 8/30 everything was verified on there end and now there saying my bank doesn't accept fedwire transfer when I called my bank they said yes they do so I asked for a paper check and was refused SCAM

Slots of Vegas denied my withdrawal because a glitch in their depositing system and the fact that I beat a no deposit wager that was over $3000. They stole my winnings and said I was not Eligible. No warning just stole my winnings I am owed $529.00.

Withdrawal submitted on 8-15. Today is 9/10 & no $. Everything has been approved and they said will send 7-10 business days. Then said after it’s sent, it depends on their payment provider’s terms as to when I receive it. It’s BITCOIN. How long does it take? They suck. They lure you in with big bonuses and then try to suck you dry & keep your $. ZERO stars!!

Withdrawal placed on 05/04/24, it’s 09/08/24 and I still have not been sent my bitcoin withdrawal! I’ve talked with customer service multiple times, all of my information has been verified multiple times, it’s been escalated multiple times…….. nothing has been paid. They take deposits very quickly but keep avoiding paying out my withdrawal. It’s a scam! Stay away from this site and its affiliated sites!

Update: I finally received my withdrawal on 9-12-2024 I requested on 8-15-2024 withdrawal on winnings. It is now 9-7-2024, with 2 escalations on my issue... I still have no resolution! In their terms and conditions under Approval of Withdrawals, it specifically states : 2. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days from the date of the request. 10 business days from 8-15-2024 would be 8-29-2024, so it has been 15 business days now (I did account for Monday 9-2-2024 as a holiday) which is 5 whole business days along with 2 customer requested escalations on the issue, with no resolution as of now. I have not even received an email from Slots of Vegas to explain the excessive amount of time. They do not abide by their own terms and conditions, yet hold players accountable if they have broken them. UNACCEPTABLE!

I withdrew my wins August 9,2024 and still have not received it. Talk about a horrible finance department! Funny how this casino can take my Bitcoin deposit in a matter of mins but can not pay me even after a month!

I made two deposits.. both were approved on their end ,i won big, went through all the approvals.. said approved but they needed additional information a highlighted bank statement showing the withdrawal from my bank, guess what, no withdrawal from slots of Vegas.. when questioned they were very angry with me saying my bank didn’t approve it!! My bank said they never tried!! Go figure I’m out 10 grand!! Stay away from these scammers!!

Don't use! You'll never get paid, they ask for more paperwork then if you're applying for a mortgage and there's always an excuse.
