I deposited $500 using moonpay doubled my money and tried to withdraw $1000 using btc, waited for a month, got a confirmtion with a hash number and the transaction was reversed (a pretty common strategy for scammers to use a very low fee knowi The transaction will be deleted from memorypool and send back to the sender’s (this scam casino) wallet) a complete SCAM, Will update if the chargeback to moonpay works, they should also be accountable for this

This casino is nothing but a scam. They give you free spend and then you had to wager out to a certain amount and then whether it says that you’re available to withdraw or not you can still you can’t withdraw your funds I said they are very trying to verify my identity for a week straight your deposit $10 to verify your wallet so therefore you’re getting a free $10 out of us and then they won’t let you withdraw and return I got an email I got messages saying that my withdrawal was successful so there for the with draw was sent but my bitcoin wallet sent it bad odd huh? So my mind tells me they are using this information to gain access to our wallets when I messaged cash app support they asked me has anyone other then me had access to my account which is even stranger so if we can’t with draw why are there actions being tooken against are accounts im escalating this to a concern

Criminals. You get punished if your lucky enough to win It’s was hell. Lie after lie after lie. Nonsense after nonsense after ridiculousness Everything is a tactic to get you to play back your winnings. Each time to text I get a form letter say get back to Meeker extremely busy with the 72 hours 72 hours go by I try to contact them again I get the same letter same nonsense. Nobody ever contacts you 10 times a whole month never get anything resolved live chat just a bunch of lies each person has a different lie, it was crazy worst company ever I didn’t get paid took five weeks and I didn’t get half my money back. I didn’t think I was gonna get paid at all. It’s criminal and I was on them every two days. Oh yeah 48 hours oh, yeah, you have in 48 hours. Oh yeah, no no we need your documents. Oh no, we don’t work weekends. Oh wait we need your documents again. Oh wait 48 hours do I have it oh me off I couldn’t play but then Customer Service arranged it with you took out my exes and let me play but when I went to cash out, he told me that they did not take it and I took it again. Please took my bonus out twice did the motherfuckersccharge me for crypto never charge me for no company charge me before they charge me the last minute $25 on my twinning. I must’ve spent 200 hours wasting my time get punished for winning the worst I don’t know about you, but I can’t float all my bands they take my money that’s my money they have you hold my buying program five weeks first one works these people my bonus twice and then I asked for my play play something. They show me my plate one day and they wouldn’t do it. I couldn’t get a copy of my plate for one freaking day, anybody in this whole network is about the companies who all the same don’t play with any of them. Sister companies signed up with one who automatically will send me an advertisement for one of their sister companies and then tell me that I use two emails and I have two separate accounts that’s not true they did that not me there’s nothing they can do they can you can do whatever you want to. You is nothing you can do. It’s criminal.

Stay away from this place.they take your money in a slit second but you never receive a dime from them. If you want to play at a legit casino go to cafe casino. I won $800 and had my check fed ex in 3 days. I didn't have to give any documents just verified my phone number.

This is a scammed website they will not let you withdraw. They will only accept your money. When you win they make excuses and tell you it’s an ineligible for withdrawal.

Customer service chat ended chat while I was typing response. I waited 30+ minutes between their responses just to cut off before I could say anything. Tried withdrawing 100 in bitcoin and they only sent 10. Won't respond now.
