This site is very much predatory and fraudulent they scammed me and after doing so completely erased my account making it so that I can't log in at all to check the status of my redemption request I properly did everything asked me to verify and was even in contact with a couple of their employees via live chat and email and then without any warning or any type of message they just erased my account When I went to login it keeps showing up the error page with the inclave logo and below it says "something bad has happened" I keep trying to log in with inclave which i how i signed up apparently and And when I click on forgot password it takes me to the inclave page that shows all the casinos I'm logged into it doesn't show anything about how to regain access to this website. the username that was given to me from INCLAVE that I luckily found in an email from them Is 13jzp86gn7

This is a ripoff slot site . They bombard you with "free no rules $100 chip" and let you win, then when you try to cash out you find you must first playthrough 400-600 times the amount AND make a cash deposit before you can cash out. I told them that I wanted to close my account & that I was going to write this review the rep tried to tell me they have been in business for 20 years & had a "high rating". If I could I would give 0 stars. I tried to redeemed $150 and the “manager” reversed my redemption and took $138 of MY winnings. They can fix algorithms on the withdrawal page to make sure whatever coupon you redeem stays within the coupon rule limits but they wont do that because then they wouldn’t have an excuse to take all your winnings

Slots garden is a scam. I made multiple Bitcoin deposits and played, lost. Made another Bitcoin small deposit with a coupon that was only going to let me withdraw $100 so I tested it, played my play through and tried to withdraw my $100. I had to reverify my account, contact customer service, no issues. Then my $100 was put back onto my account and withdrawal was denied. Contacted customer service and they said I still had like $300 play through when my account said 00 play through. I asked the customer service rep how was I supposed to keep track of my play through since my account doesn’t show it and he said to contact customer service so they can manually review my account. Needless to say I blew through that $100 and will never play on that stupid page. I’ve been playing for years, thought I had seen it all but garden slots was really low and stupid.
