I am so super angry with the casino boy they really got one over on me I want to put some money in for the first time with them and I chose a certain amount but for some reason it didn't go through when it was on their end because it didn't even show an attempt on my bank no I'm behold they asked me if I wanted to make another attempt and I said sure but they left the screen hidden as to where I'd already made the choice of the amount I wanted to put in they had changed it without my knowledge and of course they don't show you that part of the screen so when I agreed to attempt again it went through after they changed the deposit amount to double it that's theft I don't care how you look at it that is theft theft by swindle and I am so super angry and when I reached out to them regarding this fact it took days on top of this they finally say that they're going to give me my money back but it can take up to 50 days that is absolutely ludicrous I don't buy it I want my money back or I'll go hunt them down that's where I'm at with this one I'm sick of thievery and stuff like this shady ass stuff when you're spending your hard earned money you should get what you pay for if you're giving it to him they don't need to steal it that's insane!!!! They took money they shouldn't have taken without my authorization or approval that's felony not to mention now they're going to make me wait 20 God damn years for it I don't think so they can all go to jail and be shut down, they want to drag their feet and do everything they can not to send me my money and use stall tactics well good then I'm going to take that time to make sure that I have them shut down the longer they take the more problems they are going to have. I mean the audacity of this casino first they steal from me and when I dare to speak about it then they lock me out!!!! Extremely narcissistic!!! Of course trying to block me from being able to reach out contact them and complain about them stealing my money but little do they know that if there is a physical structure to walk into I don't care if I have to pay for a plane ticket it's the principal I will be knocking on a door if those are door to knock on

The customer service was helpful anytime Ive contacted them. It is a long wait for payment that's why I'm only giving 3 stars. I received my 100 after 20 business days in my btc acct I'm now on the wait for 3 more withdrawals 100 175 and 300 sucks to have to wait but if you can hold yourself be patient it will come

Extremely disappointed with this company’s withdrawal process and customer service. I requested a Coindraw withdrawal last week that was scheduled to be paid out today, only for it to be canceled at the last minute with no real resolution offered. I was then told I had to re-request through regular Bitcoin and wait another 7–10 days for my funds. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money on this platform, this treatment is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Customer support was no help and showed little urgency in resolving the issue. Very frustrating experience.

Solutions and customer service communication is non existent. Emails will promise to get back to you within 72 hours and then they will ghost you. I am in the process of withdrawal, $99 From the welcome bonus spins. I wagered fully. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Slots Garden takes your deposit with no problem but does not payout at all. If you are even lucky enough to win anything they use every excuse under the sun not to pay. I just tried to withdraw $70 and was told my driver’s license expires soon so I can’t withdraw money. My license expires in a month and a half! They will not take any other form of ID even though I sent them pictures of the credit card I used! This is a fraudulent website. You are better off just throwing your money away!
