Crazy promotions to give AUTOMATIC FREE SPINS but they are not. They make you beg for them. I get it they give the mass bonus to lure you in and make it impossible to ever cash out. They at least should give you the free spins as to keep you hooked, its not like i could ever cash out! Customer service was dismissive and NOT helpful. Those fools lost a customer tonight. Be smart and stay away from crap casinos like this one.

Was advertised as part of a local casino, which isn’t true. Withdrawal of money shouldn’t be as difficult as they make it.

I love their Keno. I've deposited fifty like six times to play on in the last few months. 4 of those times I hit 5 out of 5 for $500. Cashed out two of them. Played the other two back to the casino. I don't use promotions EVER. Deposit your money, play your money and when ever you win and want to cash out... Cash out your money. Those promotions are setup to look like you're really getting something. But as every adult should know. You never get anything free. So yeah they'll give a fantastic bonus. Because they know you'll never meet the playthrough requirements. Don't use bonuses. And you'll have a better time.

They never paid out my winnings, sent it to the wrong routing number and gave me the run around for a month and never received my money… they are a scam!!!

HORRIBLE ONLINE GAMING I have tried 10 times to withdraw my winnings as less as $50 and it’s always rejected. I have spent over $500 of my own money to win up to $2K, but can’t ever withdraw any funds. Their bonus and promotion is all BS. They do this to get around real online gambling policies. I have set up a blog for people who feel they have been scammed by this company and any other type of online gaming. I’ve got over 5 thousands signatures to go after these companies scamming good hearted people. I finally have the attention of numerous agencies and hope that these kinds of companies have to go by the policies or take down their sites. I’m still trying to withdraw my winnings from these BS’ers. Slotsandcasino.ag

They gave me some free spins, I won several hundred dollars. Got through my play thru and cashed out with bitcoin at the maximum amount allowed from the bonus. I had to get verified thru KYC- which was approved almost immediately. Now waiting on day 4 for my winnings and the request is still pending and cancellable. No reason for the payout to take so long. No other online casino takes this long. Ridiculous!!

I did an introductory promotion and hit $5,000 on one spin. Had to play a lot until I met the requirements. Read every word of the promotion you're playing on. My promotion only allowed $2,500 to be cashed. They delete the balance. Use Bitcoin. Don't use a Credit card. They did pay me. On another promotion I cashed $300. They paid. Now I'm classified as a Skilled player and receive no promotions. I love the games. I've won $2,800 and spent $2,900. This was over three months. Better than MGM casino if you ask me. Hit $1,000 on a $5 spin on Big Money. will I keep playing occasionally? Sure. Customer service is top notch too. Answer immediately. If they don't know they check and get you an answer. Like any casino, most of us will walk away losers but we play for fun too right? BB

Beware of their promotional offers. I deposited $25.00 in bitcoin, received $250.00 promotional credit. Sounds great, right? Well, I had to play that money and win $10,000 before any of it would be redeemable. Initially, you win, but then suddenly you can spin 300 times and get nothing. Eventually, they drain your account to $0.00, hoping you deposit another $25.00. You also are locked in to the promotion until you either win $10,000 or zero out your account. So, if and when they have a "free spin" promotion, you cannot play it. Unlike other sites, you have to deposit a minimum of $25.00 every day in order to get your daily bonus. Game selection is limited. Player reviews that are negative are not published on the site.
