what went wrong was they unannounced and for no reason stole all of my 20000 winning credits from me when it came time to pay out my withdraw
what went wrong was I successfully completed all the requirements of the first coupon code I use. I cleared it out fully. I began to raise my bet and hit big. I even spoke with customer service earlier today that verified my betting was within the rules and requirements when she verified my account info. Then out of no where the casino steals all of my 200000 winning credits 16 hr later from me with no warning, and now proceeds to say that I didn't follow the rules so I know forfit all 20000 credits as opposed to the paying out my redeem
