The fact that you guys were the ones that sent me that email to redeem a loyalty chip, which your telling voids my bonus and even worst my winnings aswell which I even had to play through with a ridiculous rollover on is just morally corrupt. This is the worst experince ever 2 times now they fuc.. me over on my winnings either changing it or removing it, cause i had put ly for withdrawl and used a free promo for 0 balance after.
