This platform is so bad that everytime I get a bonus feature it reloads every single time. And also every time I make a withdrawal they also make up a reason to delay payment. Like today I withdrew $400 by PayID but still have not been paid and they wanted me to upload deposit transaction from another date and don’t explain the reason why. After uploading the documents they wanted they still have not paid me and ask me to wait and they could not tell me when they will pay. This platforms like this and all the players should not play on this platform and we should all report this platform to federal police and close them down.

Horrible casino. They use faulty payment services so thst you think your deposit didn't go through. Then you try again and again, still same error. And 5 minutes later, all your deposits suddenly appear in your account and they won't refund anything. Total fraud, stay away.

I recently received an email for 30 free spins for Slotgems. After quite a bit of running around i ended up with 70 cents on those'30' free spins. Their chat help was fast and nice , but i did not really like the sign up process - a little too much . And i kept getting pop ups about the page not loading etc and their ip address being unfound . Never had that happen before. Anyway im going to go with 2 stars .
