Giving 5 stars, but with !!! Deposited, played, won b 2000 Euro, not with bonus money or so, straight forward. You have to bet 3x of deposited value before to be able to payout. Whole process of send my winning to my account is painful, but I do understand KYC and antimoney laundering, so be it. Just be patient. Took me 48 hours to get it to my account and had to upload all different types of docs, but yes, GOT it. So it is 100% legit, it is stressful to withdraw, but it's fun with amazing amount of games.

I have had a great experience with SlotsGem from the very beginning. They have always treated me with respect, handled every situation professionally, and provided excellent customer service. I would especially like to thank my account manager, Chase. Whenever I need help or have a question, Chase is always there for me, responds quickly, and does everything possible to assist. It is rare to find such dedicated and friendly support. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and I have always felt valued as a player. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend SlotsGem to anyone looking for a trustworthy online casino. Thank you to the entire SlotsGem team for your professionalism and support. You will always have my support, and I look forward to continuing to play with you.

This platform is so bad that everytime I get a bonus feature it reloads every single time. And also every time I make a withdrawal they also make up a reason to delay payment. Like today I withdrew $400 by PayID but still have not been paid and they wanted me to upload deposit transaction from another date and don’t explain the reason why. After uploading the documents they wanted they still have not paid me and ask me to wait and they could not tell me when they will pay. This platforms like this and all the players should not play on this platform and we should all report this platform to federal police and close them down.

Horrible casino. They use faulty payment services so thst you think your deposit didn't go through. Then you try again and again, still same error. And 5 minutes later, all your deposits suddenly appear in your account and they won't refund anything. Total fraud, stay away.

MUST READ!!! Do not fall victim like I did, this platform is a complete trail of bad signals and scams, I am 56 years and I was deceived into investing here, apparently, they had other plans for me and blocked me from withdrawing, over $200k in my account, this is really sad but luven'securities are life savers as i was recouped for all my losses please report your case and stay away from this broker
