I got the quart size
I got the quart size I just got 2 coats on a 6x4' area concrete ramp. Seems like I should have a fair amount of paint left but have very little.

Communication is key with any business transaction over the internet or telephone. That being said, I was not made aware that my order was going to arrive in separate shipments a week apart until I took the initiative to call to find the second half of my order and tracking information. proactive communication would have prevented much tension and anxiety from the upper administration on my end.

I have many great things to say on DuraGrip, but a couple of detractors as well. The customer service is fantastic, very quick to respond, very helpful. I applied the primer with bonding agent to our outdoor concrete patio, everything went down easy and as advertised. All I did was pressure wash it real well and let it dry out. Covered the primer with two coats of DuraGrip (sand) and it was easy to apply as well. I stirred it with a drill mixer and occasionally stirred with a paint stick. Dries pretty quick, but stays tacky for a day or two so I recommend keeping it clean. If it gets dirty within the first 24-48 hours it is a pain to clean off (dog tracks). The sand color will show everything, tracks, dirt, mud, bugs, dog tracks... you name it. It looks great though. The issue I have is that when the concrete is wet, it is slippery, very. I tried fixing it. I ordered another gallon of DurGrip (I had a half gallon left over) and ordered ExtraGrip (qty 2). I went out and bought a 5 gallon bucket to put all the DuraGrip in at once and stirred in the ExtraGrip as I mixed with a drill. This time as I applied the product, I mixed occasionally with the hand drill. Thinking this would help with consistency. My wife was not happy that it was slippery and I really wanted this work. As I finished up and was pouring about a half gallon left over back into the DuraGrip Gallon can, wouldn't you know there was a good amount of ExtraGrip that settled to the bottom. I am thinking it will be OK, surely we will have enough bite to for no slips. If I had it to over again, I would have someone mixing the ExtraGrip and DuraGrip constantly almost. Or better, I would do the TuffGrip. Turns out the surface is still very slick and I can't have the kids falling all over the place, which has happened. I no longer have a "pass" to buy more trying to make it work I will say that it is a good product and I have no doubt that it is lasting. It adheres VERY WELL. I know this because I got it on a stainless steel sink and it was hell to get it off. It was very easy to apply and it looks fantastic. It is just too slick. All I can say is mix it, mix it again and keep mixing it and get the ExtraGrip. Although I am in it for about a grand, I will probably have it resurfaced with an overlay and make certain there are no slips.

I followed directions, waited 72 hours and they didn’t all stick and stay in place.

When I purchased this product, I did not realize how difficult it would be to set up. I'm a an older home owner. I now know I will need to hire someone to mix and apply this product. Hope this works as well as advertised.

This stuff is so thick and it will dry (to an unspreadable mess, despite the occasional mixing as suggested by the instructions) faster than you can apply by yourself you need twice as much as you think you're going to need. Makes a HUGE HUGEEEEEEE mess during application and will ruin whatever you're wearing...if it gets on your skin LOL it's black for at minimum two weeks. This also factors in to how much waste there is. It's not nearly as slip resistant as I'd hoped for but it's ok. Shipping speeds and packaging was great, as well the customer service calling regarding a substitution.

I was disappointed in this product for Travertine tile. I purchased a small sample of Stone grip for our pool deck which is composed of travertine tile that gets slippery when wet. I had a large sample of the tile on which to test this product. I applied a small amount of the product to a small amount of tile, but after following instructions, allowing it to dry, and then wetting it, I could not tell any difference between treated and untreated surface in terms of reducing slippage. I then applied a larger amount of product on a different section of tile and again followed instructions. Unfortunately, the only difference this time was that the product faded the travertine, but did not alter how slipper it was. I was hoping for better results, but glad I could perform this experiment before spending more and ruining the tile by the pool

Shipping was fast and the idea of this product is useful to keep my old dog from slipping on laminate floors. However, right out of the box the can would not spray. After I fiddled with it, it started spraying and wouldn't stop! If it keeps my old dog safe, even with the spray problems I'd give it a 5, but I'm not sure I will know, with the spray can problems.
